What are Doujinshi?
Doujinshi (同人誌) are indie comics that are created and either physically released or published online. In English, they are usually used to refer to fan comics based on official series. They can be anthologies, fanfiction, manga, or illustration books, and come in as many styles and genres as officially released series.
